He pushed both the buyer and seller to conclude the deal quickly and fairly, and gave great advice on legal Advisors and what market rates should be. His network also included a lawyer that we ended up selecting who did a great job. For the many years since we bought our Villa Ken has been there to find us tenants when we wanted to rent and contractors when we had work to be done.
It’s been 8 or 9 years since we bought and we are still in regular contact with Ken – who will always offer a hand to help whether it’s a property matter or even something personal. I would highly recommend anyone to Ken who wants a thorough understanding of the market and a trouble-free buying process.
